Albany city officials are educating their employees on how to be drug free in the workplace.

By doing so, every single employee has to go through a drug free workplace session.

If they fail the end result is not good.

Interim City Manager Tom Berry says, "we randomly test some of our employees who are in emergency type functions, other employees we don't randomly test. but certainly if we catch an employee, then it is termination."

If everyone passes, it helps lower the work mans comp premium by seven percent.
