Former President Carter to discuss election reform
Former President Jimmy Carter will be discussing U.S. election reform at the Carter Center.
Carter will give keynote remarks today along with Ambassador Janez Lenarcic of the Warsaw-based Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
The organization is presenting its final report for improving the U.S. electoral process.
The office is part of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and it observed the 2012 U.S. elections.
