Beware of voter scams
The people of Tifton should be aware of voter cards in the mail, it could be a scam.
According to the Tifton Gazette a woman says she got a card in the mail that read it was from the office of Georgia Secretary of State, Brian Kemp.
The card said her voter registration expired and that it needed her address, social security number and other personal information.
She called the Tifton elections who told her she was still registered.The Tifton elections office says if you receive a card like this don't reply, it's a scam.
