Albany city commissioners have voted to modify their agreement with Cutliff Grove that will help address cash flow issues with the company.
The city holds a note from Cutliff Grove and this modification will help with maintenance and repairs.
"It's been worked out through staff and the commissioners that this would allow them to go ahead and complete the project and they understand what they are going to be doing and they understand what we are doing and once they get the funds, they can move forward," said Tommie Postell, Albany Ward 6 Commissioner.
The plan would put Cutliff Grove's payments of about $75,000 into an escrow account controlled by the city.
