Wild Aventures roaring in the tunes

Not only is Wild Adventures bringing fun and thrill this season, they've got entertainment too. The park has packed their concert schedule with some of the biggest names in music for the 2012 season.

Wild Adventures is home to the region's largest amphitheater, holding more than 2,000 reserved seats. But bring your blanket because lawn seats are free with park admission.

"A lot of our guests like to bring their lawn chairs, bring their towels or their blankets, set them out in the general concert area, go play in the park then come back for a great concert," said Micha Hogan, public relations manager at Wild Adventures.

Spread over 13 days this season are 19 concerts. The season kicked off with The Newsboys in April and will wrap up with Skillet in August. In between there is all sorts of country, classic rock and Christian artists.

"It's a wide variety of concerts and the great thing is they're all family friendly so you can continue those adventures into the evening into the all star amphitheater," said Hogan.
